ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Stewarding Manager is responsible for overlooking the day to day business and logistical requirements. The Stewarding Manager will ensure the operation is in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility inclduing heath & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Basic Food Hygiene Training
  • Flexibility 
  • Understanding of the different requirements of diverse F&B outlets
  • Word, Excel and Power Point experience
  • Understanding of using a bailer and compactor
