ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Manager, Corporate and Groups at Corinthia London is responsible for sourcing, developing, and account managing the Corporate and direct Corporate Groups business from North America, Canada, and the UK, with a strong emphasis on business development to actively hunt for new corporate clients and group opportunities. Guided by the Head of Corporate Sales, DOS, and DOSM, this role collaborates closely with the entire sales team, including the Corinthia Hotels GSO Team.
Playing a crucial role in creating and maintaining connections with key Corporate Groups, Transient, and Events contacts, the Sales Manager will focus on building genuine, professional relationships, ensuring Corinthia London remains top of mind with a positive image, positioning it as the first choice in London. The Sales Manager is accountable for maintaining relationships and in-depth product knowledge by connecting with clients virtually or in person through meetings, site inspections, sales calls, FAM Trips, sales trips, trade shows, email communication, and LinkedIn.
ABOUT YOU
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience working with Corporate and Groups, or in a proactive sales role.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shows a strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrates an excellent level of written and spoken English.
- Exhibits empathy and care for guests and colleagues.
- Has the ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to client requests.
- Shows resilience to work in a fast-paced environment.
