ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior stylist position is responsible for ensuring quality of styling is maintained and profitability of the salon is maximised through building a loyal and regular base of clientele. The Senior Stylist is responsible for ensuring that our salon clients receive an exceptional salon experience and that the salon achieves the standards set by Daniel Galvin and Corinthia London.
ABOUT YOU
• Previous experience as strong Senior Colourist / Stylist in a luxury five-star salon environment or similar is preferred
• Good knowledge of all Daniel Galvin or similar treatments and products
• Outstanding guest relations skills with experience of dealing with high profile clientele, face to face and over the phone
• Experience of working with computerised hotel /salon booking and scheduling software
• Good level of written and spoken English, additional languages desirable
• Educated to NVQ level, Hair Stylist certification/qualification from a reputable Salon preferable
