ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head Therapist is responsible for being an Ambassador of treatment standards for ESPA at Corinthia London and treating all VIPs and press. Provides support to the Treatment Manager in the smooth running of the treatment department, maintaining a high standard of treatments, cleanliness and motivation within the team. Carries out inductions for new therapists and conducts regular training of ESPA and Corinthia brand standards. Responsible for driving treatment revenue and retail sales through motivating all therapists to achieve sales targets.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience within a quality spa environment at a Senior or Head Therapist
  • Experience of working with ESPA
  • Experience of managing a large team of experienced therapists
  • Strong knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology of body and skin function with excellent technical skills
  • Excellent ESPA product and treatment knowledge to deliver in-house training
  • Excellent understanding of client care and five star treatment standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate a large team of Therapists to deliver outstanding client care and treatment standards
  • Previous experience of overseeing a stock control process
  • Excellent personal grooming and presentation skills
  • Good level of written and spoken English, additional languages desirable
  • Recognised qualification such as CIDESCO, NVQ Level 2 and 3 or BTEC in Beauty Therapy and Body Massage.
  • ESPA trained to Advanced Level
  • Qualifications to obtain the Westminster License – copies of certificates will be required
  • Eligible to work in UK

ELIGIBILITY
