ABOUT THE ROLE

At Corinthia London, we believe that our people are the heart of our success. As the Deputy Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our vision for excellence in luxury hospitality. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources, providing leadership across all HR functions.

Your expertise in driving HR strategy, passion for hospitality, and your ability to collaborate across departments will help shape the future of Corinthia London.

You shall demonstrate a creative and entrepreneurial approach to management of team growth and activities and will show a supportive and empathetic approach to every colleague and to every leader, acting as a key brand ambassador always.
