ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Receptionist at Corinthia London, not one day is the same. You shall be the first point of contact for our hotel guests, whether they are here to stay in the hotel, visit one of our restaurants or enjoy a day in our famous spa – ESPA Life. For the duration of the day, you will be actively guest facing, of whom are a combination of high-profile and leisure guests.

This role requires strong attention to detail and precision, with a proactive approach to provide 5-star service to all our guests. With the Corinthia being London’s Magical Grand Hotel with 283 bedrooms, 4 restaurants, 3 bars and one of the biggest spas in London, your knowledge of our property should be consistently updated.


This dynamic role is positioned in a fast-paced environment, which requires quick thinking whilst staying professional and focussed. You will be trained according to the latest LQA and Forbes standards to ensure each of our guests receive the best luxurious experience when engaging with you.


ABOUT YOU
• Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or above in a 5-star ultra-luxury hotel.
• Proven leadership skills within an ultra-luxury hotel, with a strong focus on Guest Services and Front Office operations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends and holidays as required in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Exceptional customer care skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Pride and attention to detail in your work
