ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Banqueting Floor Manager you will assist the Events & Group Operations Manager with maintaining all standards, policies & procedures relating to food and beverage service within the Conference & Banqueting Department.

There is a strong emphasis on colleague training and event planning to ensure the execution of all events is fulfilled to a 5 star level, ensuring that guest satisfaction is exceeded each and every time.

The Banqueting Floor Manager will join and lead Corinthia Hotel London’s banqueting team. We provide 8 meeting and events rooms with a total capacity ranging from 20 to 200 people. From our Grand Victorian Ballroom to our intimate boardrooms a personalised service is provided to all our guests.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a supervisor/junior management role in a 5* hotel or environment
  • Experience running multiple, high profile events on a large scale
  • A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Pride and attention to detail in your work
  • Distinctive, professional and warm personality
  • Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
