ABOUT THE ROLE
The Commis Waiter is responsible for supporting the front of house team during service by providing excellent guest service and ensuring that all food and beverage items are delivered to guests promptly and to the highest standards.
This role provides an opportunity for growth and development within the luxury hospitality industry while embodying our core values of heart, head, and hands: supportive, connected, refined, caring, genuine, positive, focused, creative, and entrepreneurial. As a Commis Waiter, you will play a key part in ensuring guests experience a seamless and memorable dining experience.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is desirable.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently and in a team, especially during busy periods.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

- Good level of written and spoken English
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Takes pride in own professional grooming
- Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
- Food Hygiene or Health & Safety certification (preferably at level 2 or higher) is desirable but not essential.
- Ongoing training or interest in the hospitality industry would be beneficial.
